Extra virgin olive oil is a product that is used every day in Mediterranean cuisine, not only in the preparation of savory recipes, but also in desserts. Although it is also becoming increasingly popular abroad, the properties of a quality olive oil as well as the correct storage and use in the kitchen are almost unknown.
The speaker, a qualified olive oil taster (C.O.I. method), will introduce you to the wonderful world of olive oil. The seminar, which takes place at the time of the olive harvest (October - November), is rounded off by a visit to an oil mill and lunch with extra virgin olive oil.
